As part of our commitment to uphold the highest safety standards consistent with the Taggies brand and our company history, Rashti & Rashti is participating in the following voluntary recall. We identified the potential of the snaps detaching, posing a choking hazard to young children. Although there have been no reported injuries on any Taggies product, we have opted to take this precautionary measure.

Rashti & Rashti, in cooperation with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission is voluntarily recalling four designs of the Taggies licensed Sleep 'n Play garments sold between January 2007 and November 2008. The designs affected by this recall are the Purple with Butterfly Appliqué, the Blue and White Fun Dog Print, the Turquoise with Dinosaur Appliqué and the Pink Toss Print (stripes on the left side). These garments were available in three sizes: 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-9M and were sold through retailers including Babies R Us, Buy Buy Baby, Dillards, Nordstrom, Von Maur and select specialty stores and internet websites within the US. The RN # 27829 is printed on the care label sewn into the garment, which identifies us as the maker. Although we made other Taggies Sleep 'n Play styles, they are not included in this recall.
