Q. Why is the Taggies Sleep ‘n Play being recalled?
A. In order to maintain our uncompromising commitment to quality and safety, we are voluntarily recalling select styles of our Taggies licensed Sleep ‘n Play styles. Rashti & Rashti has identified the possibility of a snap becoming detached from a few of its garments and as a result we have decided to put the safety of your family first and recall the garments.
Q. Are all Taggies Sleep ‘n Play garments affected?
A. No. We have isolated any potential problem to the four styles being recalled. If you have a Taggies apparel item that is not shown in this recall notice, you should not participate in this recall.
Q. How does this affect other Taggies Products?
A. We are proud to make quality apparel, blankets and bibs under the Taggies brand. These products can be used with confidence and are not affected by this recall.
Q. How does this affect other Rashti & Rashti products?
A. Rashti & Rashti produces many products for babies. Other Sleep ‘n Play styles available under our Baby Starters brand or made for retailer’s specific brands are not affected by this recall.
Q. Have there been any injuries reported?
A. No. There have been no injuries reported. This is a precautionary step on the part of Rashti & Rashti in order to maintain the customer service and excellence that we have been known for through our company’s history.
Q. What do I do if I have one of the recalled styles?
A. You need to return the recalled garment to us for a refund. You can process your return on our website or call our toll-free hotline. A recall representative will help you identify the style you have and take your contact information. You will be sent a prepaid mailer to use to send us back the recalled garment. Once we receive the product, we will issue you a refund of $20 for the garment, plus applicable tax. This will take approximately two to four weeks to process.
Q. How do I get my refund?
A. We will take back the recalled Sleep ‘n Play garment and send you a check in the mail for the cost of the garment, plus tax.
Q. How long will it take to get my refund?
A. Once we receive the recalled garment, the process will take approximately two to four weeks.
Q. Will I receive a postage credit to send the product back?
A. We will send you a pre-paid mailer to use to send us back the recalled Sleep ‘n Play garment at no cost to you.
Q. What if I haven’t had a problem with the product?
A. If you have one of the recalled Sleep ‘n Play styles but haven’t experienced any problem with it, you still must participate in this recall and return the product to us at no charge for a refund.
